Store Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchases from the NCOA North Basketball online store (the "Store"), operated by the Northern California Officials Association ("NCOA North," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Return & Exchange Policy, which is part of these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase from the Store. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Products, descriptions & pricing
We work to display products, colors, and sizing as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or on-screen colors are exact. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. If we discover a pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities, for any reason. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case you will not be charged (or will be refunded).
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping & delivery
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the package. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
6. Returns & exchanges
Please review our Return & Exchange Policy. In short: we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind, and exchanges are offered only for items that arrive defective or blemished, for the exact same item.
7. Intellectual property
All NCOA North names, logos, marks, and Store content are owned by NCOA North or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
9. Disclaimers
The Store and its products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCOA North will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Store means you accept the current Terms.
