Recruitment & New Member Coordinator
NCOA North Basketball is looking for a friendly, organized Recruitment & New Member Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for people interested in officiating high school basketball. In this role, you'll manage the questions and requests that come in through our website and email — making sure every inquiry gets a prompt, professional, and helpful response.
When a prospective or new member reaches out, you'll be the person who greets them, answers their initial questions, and guides them to the right next step. That means communicating clearly by email, understanding what each person needs, and properly routing them to the correct personnel for continued support — whether they're just beginning their referee journey or transferring in from another association. Your goal is to make sure no inquiry falls through the cracks and every new member feels supported from their very first contact.
This role is a great fit for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others. Strong written communication and good follow-through are essential, since you'll often be the face of NCOA North to people just getting started.
You'll work remotely on your own schedule, monitoring incoming requests and coordinating with our leadership and training team to hand off each new member smoothly. If you're responsive, well-organized, and genuinely enjoy welcoming new people into the officiating community, we'd love to have you on the team.

Well-organized, with reliable and timely follow-through
Comfortable managing and tracking multiple inquiries at once
