What a weekend.
This past weekend we ran one of the best training camps we've had and every single one of you is the reason why. We had officials stepping onto the court for the very first time, standing shoulder to shoulder with veterans in their 15th year. First whistle to fifteenth season, everyone showed up ready to work.
And work you did. Games ran from 9AM all the way to 8PM! Both nights! That's a lot of basketball, and you brought the energy to every quarter of it.
Here's what stood out most: The Improvement. From the moment you stepped on the court for your first game to the final buzzer of your last, we watched you get better, sharper positioning, cleaner mechanics, stronger communication, more presence on the floor. That is exactly what camp is all about.
To our first-year officials: You belong here and it showed.
We thank our veterans showing up to setting the standard and lifting everyone around you. This is what NCOA North is all about.
Now let's carry this momentum into the season. You put in the work this weekend. Go show it every time you step on the court. We wish all of you a great and successful season ahead.
